Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico, where she also studied criminology, chemistry, and biology. She is a second-year student in the M.S. Psychology program.
She is interested in emotion regulation and stress and coping processes at the individual and dyadic (i.e., couple) levels, and in relationship research, in general. Kaitlyn is working to expand her expertise in mediation and moderation analyses, actor-partner interdependence models (APIM), multilevel modeling (MLM), qualitative methods, and R. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, counseling, affective science, or applied human development/social psych.
Kaitlyn enjoys hiking and exploring new places and is an avid horror (movie, book, etc.) fan.
