Cancellation Policy

In order to be respectful of the needs of other students, please be courteous and promptly notify the SAM Lab if you are unable to show up for a scheduled appointment. We ask that all cancellations occur at least 24 hours in advance. Your early cancellation will give another student the opportunity to have access to our services.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you are cancelling more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, simply follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email that reads "Click here to cancel this booking." Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment by calling 602.543.6045. If you do not reach a consultant, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when someone misses an appointment without cancelling in advance. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in our records as a “no-show.”

First missed appointment: Courtesy call and offer to reschedule.
Second missed appointment: Email reminder of our cancellation policy.
Third missed appointment: Three no-shows within a given 7 week session may result in temporary suspension of appointment-making privileges for the remainder of the session.
