This workshop is for graduate students and undergraduate research assistants who plan to run studies through the ASU West Psychology Participant Pool. Workshop attendees will learn how to set up and manage studies using the SONA Systems website. Specific topics covered will include:
- How to get a SONA Researcher account
- How to create a new study in SONA and what information is needed
- How to create study time slots and assign participants credit
- How create a SONA study that involves an external online survey website (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
- How to program SONA to automatically assign credit to participants of an online (Qualtrics/Survey Monkey) study upon submission of their responses
- General tips for running studies on West Campus
Handouts with step-by-step instructions and screenshots will be provided.
